The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions and the city center. The rooms were clean, bright, and modern, despite being in the city center. The service was professional and very friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere. The location offered easy access to nearby points of interest, although a bit of a walk from the main attractions. The dining experience was very good with a great selection to suit all tastes.

The hotel offers spacious and lovely rooms with enough bath equipment, a great location near the old town, own parking, and live Piano at breakfast. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing. The relaxed ambiance of the rooms was ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable, but slightly smaller than expected for a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, there was no refill on the shampoo and conditioner during my stay. On the bright side, we were fortunate to find parking in the hotel underground garage.

The hotel was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and everything needed for a good stay, but figuring out how to cool the room was a challenge. The beautiful aroma was a nice touch, however, the air conditioning instructions were missing.
